Designed under the City of San Diego’s Complete Communities Housing Program, L Street is a five-story multifamily development that delivers 42 studio and one-bedroom apartments on a compact 7,000 SF urban infill site. Affordable units unlock increased residential density while supporting walkable, transit-oriented housing. The upper-level loft units open toward sweeping west-facing views of Downtown San Diego, bringing light, volume, and flexibility to compact living spaces. The project demonstrates how thoughtful design can maximize both livability and housing production on constrained urban lots.
