Located on a challenging hillside site, this multifamily development consists of three separate three-story buildings containing a combined 39 residential units. Extensive early coordination with civil engineers and the fire department helped resolve complex access, egress, and accessibility requirements while maintaining the project’s construction efficiency and budget goals. By dividing the development into smaller buildings, the design aligns with the owner’s construction strategy while creating a more scaled and integrated residential community across the sloping terrain.
